Returns and refunds are accepted only for Amphibious apparel that is a factory defect and that is brand-new, unused, unaltered, and free from damage, stains, wear, or defects caused by customer handling or use.

To qualify, the item must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt and must include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging, complete and intact.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be ineligible for return or refund.
